Thats because Lurantis is a setup sweeper that needs a free turn to even be a threat. Most pokemon that work in Trick Room have the firepower to not rely on setup(Drampa,Dhelmise,Crabominable,Wishiwashi, etc)

Funnily enough Crabominable is unironically good in Trick Room, so it has that to boast about above poor Lurantis.
