Offensively? tough call between grass and bug, the former is resisted by types so common most OU mons have a double resistance to it and hits jack shit for SE damage, but bug is resisted by fairies and also hits only one important type, dark, for actually important SE damage.

Maybe not THE worst but Rock is definitely up there. It has the worst overall STAB options as well as being weak to 3 crucial offensive types (Steel, Ground, and Fighting). It's also only got 4 resistances stacked against its 5 weaknesses.

Electric is an underrated shit type

This, Rock is fucking garbage. All of its weaknesses are absurdly common, particularly Water, Ground, Fighting and Grass. Almost every Rock type is physically defensive too, so it doesn't help that half of these are primarily special moves.

ice wins, but psychic is a rarely-mentioned second. legendaries and alakazam tend to cover up the fact that it is really shit both offensively (needs to be paired with at least TWO other coverage moves in order to not get cucked by one thing or another) and defensively (knock off lol)
