Not worth it. The BP doesn't increase much.

Stupid as fuck. The highest BST the move has the smallest increase it has while also forcing you to run shit-tier moves. Just stick with the high-powered moves and their Z-versions (Solar Beam and Bloom Doom for example)

The different is negligible, and with Overheat, you can nuke something else afterwards

Anything aboce 140 base power isn't worth it. The Z-move versions (would) exceed 200 base power, which is the limit.

V-create is the only exception.

They don't. A Z-move completely replaces the original move and all of its effects.
