Only a overhaul of stats can make ledian good

Color Change: When targeted, this pokemon changes type to resist the oncoming attack. The type change may vary (may switch to steel or rock against a normal type attack), but the type change will never grant an immunity (cannot switch to ghost against a normal type attack)
