Go back to Litten, make Torracat muscled on both its front AND rear legs, make its final form more like an actual tiger. Make the stripes be alive with fire. It can still be red and black and Fire/Dark.

Popplio actually changes a good amount without looking like a complete different Pokémon when evolved. I like its progression a lot.
I don't mind Incineroar standing up at all, but I kinda wish Torracat was a bit more different from Litten.

If it were just that, I'd simply look like a standing Torracat.

Even I think that'd be better than Incineroar though and make more sense to make it more digitigrade than plantigrade. As it stands, Incineroar looks more like a man wearing tiger appendages rather than a actual standing tiger.

There's a lot more to it than that, but I doubt that most will try to comprehend how with how shit the end result is, simply desiring to find any way to shit on it further.

I think that really hurt Incineroar particularly. People are following the 3D model for drawing inspiration instead of realizing official art is bulking its limbs up like >>31793222 said, or the DW's/OP's piece giving slightly digitigrade feet and hands scrunched up like paws.

Still has issues, but I think GF dropped the ball on the prominence of the model vs official art.

The fact that as it evolves, it might evoke more attention drawn by due to being a performer and evolving more gracefully means it being more of a center of the attention due to its skills improving (plus the fact that mermaids/selkies are supposed to have this sort of rarity in contrast to Primarina and it has this sort of theme blended in despite still being a performing sea lion) doesn't really help me think of anything else other than >>31793230 except much less on the whole slut/whore thing, but more on wanting more and more attention to the point of possibly getting over its head and always having to give it constant attention (the throat specifically) in order for it to even be at its prime, which might or might not involve trainers/mons giving it more attention than required

I mean, yeah, it makes sense because performers need to be confident and proud in order to pull off charisma and a great show, but some times it makes me wonder if the anime will either use it to promote performing like how Serena and its mons along with others were involved in XY or if it's going to be interpreted more negatively in order to show morale regarding not getting too stargazed or not hurting someone in a negative way indirectly or directly due to being too proud of itself but to still do what you love the most. It might not appear at all in the anime, but I like to think all Alola mons will eventually be shown, even if once and this being no different for Primarina.

I really doubt it.
Either way, it really sucks that the Popplio line is not gonna be featured much in the anime, it seems like the most interesting one for that kind of thing. I guess there's no place for Contests in Alola (although even just seeing them in battle would be cool as well)
