It's movepool is great. Stats are ass needs +30 in speed and sp attack to be decent. The ability is interesting but too tedious to activate especially since weather isn't infinite anymore so it needs to be buffed somehow too.

Sandstorm is weather in Pokemon, it replaces the current weather. Unlike Rooms or Terrains.

Beheeyem's typing is a big detriment to itself. If it had more resistances, then it could have had a niche. GameFreak seemed to really like the idea of mono-Psychic slow mons in Gen 5 because they sure made a lot of them then (Gothielle, Reuniculus, Musharna, Beheeyem).

Castform transforms using moisture in the air, plus the local temperature

>Sunny - less water, bubbles up to allow light to pass through, probably filled with steam, hot temperature
>Hail - water inside freezes and expands, very cold temperature
Sandstorm is sand whipped up in the winds; no moisture nor change in temperature. If anything, it would dry out Castform.

Last time GF tried to fix this poor thing was in gen V with hidden abilities. Total shitmon. No buffs in Alola, no mega, no flying pokeride because muh charizard, nothing. Never appears in anything, either, which doesn't really help. I'm totally convinced they forgot it exists.
