Damn it, wasn't expecting a serious response. Was mostly shitposting, I don't watch the anime so mostly went with screencap impressions. I am however convinced Lillie was only given vulpix because of their matching looks, and because of that shallow direction is that I believe Lusamine will be a heroic or neutral character, because she doesn't look villanous. They're going on a different direction from the games so it's a reasonable possibility (and no I don't think it's because she's a parent, that part was shitposting too).
