Not yet. Deoxys N is my favorite from but it is in limbo.

It's way too good for OU (unless a few other things drop) but at the same time it will always be overshadowed by Deoxys A.

Maybe if Darkrai, Aegislash (with a ban on king's shield), Blaziken, Giratina-O, Genesect, one of the worst Arceus types, and Shadow Tag Gothitelle were put into the mix a tier between OU and Uber could exist, but that's the only way this could see any play in the near future.

Not really. Its offensive movepool is virtually unwallable and its mixed attacking stats are unmatched by anything else in the tier. It's staying in F-rank Uber until the power creeps a little further.

Why don't Smogon just drop all of the F/E rank Ubers into OU at once?

Deo-N would be centralizing on its own but if there were other equally strong picks it'd be (more) balanced

A lot of people seem to want all of the banned from OU/cutoff and below mons into their own tier, but it would be completely unbalanced. I haven't seen it tried in years, though. I think it would be cool to try.

The only Deoxys I could see dropping is maybe defense form, and that's only because it's buddy Bisharp isn't really what it used to be with all the overpowering super-fairies and priority nullification going on.
