who has the best lineup??

Hard to say, they've all got some v good Pokémon as well as some v mediocre or bad Pokémon.

Third row is right out, if only because it has Lucario and Samurott (which are terrible enough to offset Gengar and Mewtwo).

Fourth row is tempting just for Greninja and Charizard, but everything else is pretty forgettable.

Second has major bonerus points for Deoxys and Tyranitar (and Zekrom, Venusaur, and Infernape aren't bad either)

I think I've got to go for the first row, though. Even though it's brought down substantially by Absol, the inclusion of Blaziken, Metagross, and Zarathustra (three God-tier Pokémon) can't be beat. Blastoise and Rainbowdeer are p good as well.

So I guess the man/woman in the green shirt has the best team.
