147 base attack is already massive, so it only gets a small attack boost. It's fast enough so max speed Adamant outspeed +speed max invested base 95's, can spam Outrage without having to fear confusion thanks to Own Tempo and gets STAB Iron Head/Tail to fuck with faries that think they can freely switch into Outrage.

Outrage is hardly the move you want to use when you have a safer option in Dragon Claw plus you're only benefitting from Own Tempo with that one move. Keeping Mold Breaker is best. It's a really useful ability in general.
