Get shards passively in 12 hour intervals at PokePelago. Trade 30 of one color for a Bottle Cap. You'll get a PP Up and Rare Candy for your efforts as well.

Soft-reset in front of the Seafolk Village fishing spot, fishing on a bubbling spot has a 10% chance of yielding a Silver Cap.

Shit isn't that rare my dude. I've got at least 25-30 Caps.

This is a much more legitimate gripe, however this has been partially resolved due to the PokePelago timeskip exploit.

Something about going from January to February fucks up Pelago's time calculations and causes all activities on all of the Isles to complete immediately. Bean stalk is replenished, Berry trees fully grow, Isle Aphun spelunking is complete, Eggs are ready to hatch, and most importantly EV/Exp training sessions complete.

Some Pokemon have slow level curves like most Legendary. I believe the Calcs revealed you would need 55 full Exp sessions to raise a slowest-leveling Pokemon from 1 to 100.

200 Battles (only once) = Lansat Berry

Because you get a special 50 BP reward at the 50th battle, 50 battle streak is worth 300 BP total. If you account for the Ability Capsule's BP price, it's technically 400 BP.
