Rock. It's the only type composed completely of specialists I don't dislike(Roark is passable I guess). Can't really decide on the worst. Fighting, Ground, or Fairy I guess

Best aces is a tie between bug(because of design) and steel for me. Normal is the worst.

I more or less like all Fire, Dark, Ghost and Poison specialists. All the fighting specialists are kinda meh for me, which is a shame because it is one of my favorite types
