Colress seems Neutral with dips into Neutral Evil since he eventually sides with Neo Team Plasma only to further his own goals of research despite disagreeing with their original ideas when you first meet him. Neo Team Plasma just had the best offer in terms of equipment and resources for his agenda even though Colress doesn't believe in world domination like Zinzolin and Ghetsis.
