no, arceus stats have to all be equal. just make it 240 in everything, it's already going to be broken as shit, might as well go all the way.

also, make Retribution depend on whichever stat is higher, atk or special attack, otherwise you're forcing every arceus to be special, which just shits on the entire concept of a godmon that can be every kind of set.
