OP said removing HP, which is still impossible. I agree that adding is possible now, but Power Construct explicitly heals Zygarde - will those Mega Evolutions do that too? Will it be just the max health, and not heal them up? Will ALL Megas get a heal when they Mega Evolve? It's still confusing and thy're still going to avoid it.
