I have an official White cartridge. I have literally no injecting experience and don't want to do anything that would put my save/system in danger. What would I need (aside from my 3DS and game) to inject anon?

From what I'm seeing you probably don't have a hacked 3ds. You don't need CFW but you need homebrew and either poké transporter or dream radar on your 3ds, so you can install this

However, if you're on 11.3 right now I don't think homebrew is possible, so wait until it's possible to do it. With TWLSavetool you can export and import the save file from your cartridge and to it. You can edit the save on your pc just fine with pokégen and pkhex. There's also some neat stuff like BWTool which you can edit your entree forest, insert memory links and unlock challenge mode in BW2.

I guarantee you it's worth it. I'm playing through BW2 with anything I want plus having fun again with the 2012 tournaments on PWT, changing C-gears skin and all that.
