Not only that, he also has a Stand capable of defending him from simple attacks, so your hits would likely not even connect. Try to punch him all you want, it will all be MUDA.

Most of these Pokemon can't even OHKO certain Pokemon, yet people believe they can kill an immortal vampire with strength to lift a Bulldozer and ability to stop time. The only Pokemon that stand a chance here are the ones with Drought or Desolate Land, or the ones who thought of Sunny Day as their first move.
