I wanna make some changes to Natural Gift.

Natural Gift varies in power but is not restricted to berries anymore. It can be used with the type boosts items (so for example if holding a Magnet/Zap Plate, natural gift is now Electric type.) and when it uses those items, it's power is 80. If used with a held berry, its BP is now 130 but the berry is consumed on use.

This way, physicals now get their Hidden Power back, but have to forgo an item in a way to achieve it, and that some mons can have a good reliable secondary stab such as Gyarados and Dedenne.
