Only older CFW like rxtools is broken (along with homebrew channel, probably temporarily). Since you only hacked it 3 days ago you probably never messed around with that though, so you have no problem.

3ds.guide luma cfw users can safely update to 11.3. Not required as of yet so you can still hold off.

If you're trying to access bank, use ctr-httpwn through homebrew to skip the firmware update check.

If you're on any other cfw, I suggest you change to luma and make sure you still have a9lh while doing so. Apparently other cfws are losing a9lh and at worst bricks are being reported with the 11.3 update.

Or you can just wait for 11.3 to be confirmed another broken update like 11.2
