if you reallly want to keep them, then at least make it three ways and show me what roll I get : high roll, neutral roll and low roll, each being equally likely, so that I know what chances I'm working with. I dont want to be sitting there seeing my attack did 50% and not knowing wether or not the next one will take it out, which is vital information.

Assume you rolled the minimum amount possible. For example if an attack knocks an opponents hp down to half, assuming you rolled the minimum amount of damage possible then you know the next attack is guaranteed to KO it.

yeah sure I can assume that, but in reality it might have been a high role and I have no clue wether or not the next attack kills. I get the mechanic, I just don't like it
