Alolan Sandslash has more or less the same tools as regular Sandslash, except shittier typing and not so spammable weather. If Sandslash was NU and will be PU now, Alolan Sandslash will no doubt be PU.
Unless if for some reason weather becomes really prevalent in RU or NU in which case hail can stand a chance in one of those tiers.

Adaptability is better than Strong Jaw, don't bother with SJ at all. Stakeout is ok but Gumshoos can't force anything out to actually use it.
