Megas always get +100 BST. It's one of the rules of the mechanic. Gen VI Mega Alakazam was the sole exception, and even that was an obvious mistake that got fixed in Gen VII.
If you want to balance a Mega Slaking, you'd have to pump at least half of those 100 points into Speed and give it Stall. Otherwise, just accept and embrace the fact that it's going to be high tier in Ubers.
