The signature attacks are fine, just take away that shitty charge up and make the chance to paralyze/burn a 30% chance.

90 Speed is meh as fuck, at least bring it up to 105 man. Meanwhile the abilities are alright, it would be better if in addition to that, the effects of fire & electric moves have a 30% chance to proc and never miss.
