Yes he is actually okay. You either have to play aggressive or run spot swap(drunk name might be wrong) to get him onto the board, but he is very aggressive and great at applying pressure and messing up most gold attackers. Just bring something that can handle nasty purple defenders like Blastoise.

Mostly it depends on how well you can manage your time
If you're able to check on your game and win a match for a new booster when your earliest one finishes you might as well do that
The more you open, the better the chance you get
The one I make an exception for is rainbow boosters because the guaranteed rare or higher is actually a huge boost compared to the other ones

Yes, this is the only time you can reroll. Lapras is good, but cant hold a deck together against the powerful ex's. Reroll until you get a good ex, if you have the patience. If not, you can still do better by waiting for Leafeon, Umbreon, or Glaceon or another 3 mp rare, and having a second good 3mp apart from Squitle is a big deal when you start.

idk about Greninja because I don't have one and I have slaughtered every single enemy Greninja asap with Latios so far, but the way I use Shuppet is either sending him first rushing to the enemy goal. Then the enemy either attacks it or covers its own goal. If the latter, I just take one of his entry points, if the former I pray to the RNG gods to burn whatever he sent to kill Shuppet. Note that you have to avoid dying a second time they attack you as well (takes three turns to get to the enemy goal) so you have to get quite lucky, but it's more often than you'd think.

The other way I use him, usually if I'm not first to move, is block my enemy with any other figure and then put Shuppet behind my figure. If the positioning is right, you can walk over both figures and take out that mon. Bonus points if you're in a position that allows you to choose between two or more enemy targets to surround, that way whatever he does he's fucked. He can't save them both.

Yes it can. Shuppet can move three places, so naturally he can "walk through" two Pokémon as long as there's an empty third space at the end. It's really useful if you set it up well but in the higher league ranks people don't fall for these memes, and they force themselves to make some moves.

Shuppet stopped being an easy win grab, but it turned into a great surrounder to place in the middle of the crossroads.

since it buffs your enemy, whenever it is fighting someone you can think of it as having 40 attack
a 50% 40 damage attack on a 2mp mon is really bad
obviously its a support mon though, but the benefit you gain from it is nowhere near enough to outweigh how bad of a fighter it is itself, as well as the fact that it benefits your opponent also forcing you to have to be really picky about its positioning
if you're using it for healing wish then you should use kirlia instead, which holds its own as a fighter far better, as well as blocking shuppets and benching opponents as part of its swap. not to mention that its swap can be on the field or bench as well, not only the PC like audino

audino is bad if you get to higher rating where positioning is a lot more important

Honestly Shuppet's not that busted, but against bad players he absolutely is.

Learning how to deal with the Shuppet taught me a whole lot about positioning and movement in the game, I play around 2300 level and I don't have to use a shuppet or a shuppet blocker.

Well the problem is, going first with Shuppet is OP.

Max they get 2 chances to kill it with one piece. Yeah, golds kill it, but you're STILL in control of the game because you're forcing them to throw stuff out at it, and you basically lose nothing by Shuppet going down.

Even if they kill it, it's then your turn, giving you initiative.

Also if they decide to just block their goal, Shuppet blocks a spawn point right off the bat.

It's just too much advantage.

I always get at least one 15 to 25 gems. You just have bad luck.

Did anyone else lose steam all together recently? I just finished grinding up to a quad pack the other day to get complete garbage. Some shit uncommons and a skarmory. Now everything in the game seems hellbent on giving me AI tickets instead of gems and I'm realizing it might be a week or more before I can afford another quad pack. It'll be months before I have the material to craft an articuno. My team isn't likely to change at all for a long time. Completely took the wind out of my sails.

That tends to be the case with gatcha games. At the very least, you can just log in for your daily gems (and sometimes AI tickets, thanks Number 7) as a force of habit. You could also try and get good stuff from time boosters because I've gotten 3 EXs from them now, and if you're 1900+ in ranking, you can get a bird.

I don't know about you but Shuppet has never been a problem for me thanks to Greninja. It's gold attack is pretty much guaranteed to take it out, and I always use a double chance just to make sure. Most times you get rid of the Shuppet and leave their goal wide open, forcing your opponent into a defensive maneuver. In the very small chance you fuck up twice (which has never happened to me yet), you can attack again, or go to your goal.

I mostly use it as a goalie (via Goal Block
if necessary); it can clear its own statuses, has a 3 star purple (that can reroll if necessary), and a large 80BP white move.

But now that I think of it, Emolga doesn't really have a place since I took out all the 1MP mons. I'll keep pulling quadruple packs until I get something good (or at least can craft Shuppet).
