I like the final evo a lot but the second is a bit shit, maybe just make it a 2 stage?. The first stage is quite nice but it feels like it's missing something. Can't put my finger on it though.

Based on a vampire finch. It's an old idea, I have it sketched out somewhere. Fluffy or Fur Coat might also work as an ability but only for Tanagire's design (it gets covered in down, so I guess Overcoat even). I don't really know much about base stats but like a physical attacker with good HP and decent bulk, middling speed at best. Maybe a signature physical Ghost HP-drain move

Clucicle - Normal/Ice
Ability: Powdery Down, raises evasions after using a contact move.

Not really a regional bird, just kind of a gimmick. The idea is that it has high speed, reasonable attack and low defences but can attack raise its evasion to try and dodge multiple attacks. Obviously doesn't work against Mach punch, smart strike etc.

pretty boring idea tbo. fanservice typing with ideal stats. basically the regional bird that everyone always comes up with

Design is good, species change at least one time while making sense like the other 3 stage birds, it got an unique cool typing, the design abandons the "turkeys are slow and bulky" trope and makes it a frail fast attacker (like real turkeys are), but i'd lower the BST to something like 490/480.
