How is it possible for kirby games to stay so damn consistently good and how do we apply this formula to every game series ever to never have bad games? like seriously if there's one kirby game that's actually bad i'd like to know about

Kirby
>Type: Normal (Type varies depending on form.)
>Stats - 100/100/100/100/100/100
>Ability - Copy Essence: Changes Kirby's form when using Swallow depending on target's type. Kirby has a 25% chance to return to Normal form when damaged by an attack and always returns to Normal form when switched or knocked out.
>Signature Move - Inhale
>Type: Normal
>PP: 10
>Category: Status
>Power: N/A
>Accuracy: 100
>Description: The user sucks up the enemy and makes them unable to move until next turn.
Inhale is replaced by Swallow while the enemy is inhaled. If Swallow is used, Copy Essence will take effect and Kirby changes form. The enemy will escape Inhale manually if Swallow isn't used.
If Kirby knows Spit Up, it can be used while the enemy is inhaled to shoot them out as a star to inflict damage. If there are multiple targets, it can be shot at another target to damage both, but at half power.
The attack from using Spit Up is Normal-type, is Special, has 100 Power and 100 Accuracy.
This needs a lot of cleaning up, like how forms will work and if they'll have unique movesets or change stats. Unsure of the Copy Essence system as well, like if Kirby could already learn Swallow naturally. We could just do something with Protean to avoid the hassle, but... I'd like something else.

I was gonna make it Electric/Flying right up until the end, but then I realized that it is a cloud first and foremost, so clouds are just floating water vapor anyway. Plus, that way it makes choosing an ability more difficult.
Should you go with weather support to buff your moves? Or negate opponent weather? Or get an ability that negates its weakness?
