It's flaws are heavier than its pros:

Pros:
- It has the second highest Attack stat thanks to Pure Power.
- High Jump Kick OHKOs anything that doesn't resist it.
- Zen Headbutt pairs well with High Jump Kick and can make flinch the opponent.
- It has the strongest Fake Out in the game.

Cons:
- Its Speed is average at best with 100.
- Sadly, only its Attack and Speed are the only good about it. Its others stats are bad even with the boost.
- Fairy-types everywhere makes its life hard.
- Anything faster can make heavy damage on it.
- High Jump Kick and Zen Headbutt have 90% accuracy and High Jump Kick comes with the terrific recoil of losing half of your HP.
- Its movepool is lacking, only having Elemental Punches and Fake Out for covering.

I have one in Y and although it is a good Mega it is also one of the hardest to use perfectly.

Well Venoshock is just a nice 130 bp move that a merciless Toxapex will be abusing anyways, there's not really a set bp move to compare it against, but its special attack is the same as Protean Greninja, so Merciless Venoshock Toxapex against a poisoned foe is the slightly more powerful than Protean Greninja with Gunkshot

Of course, this is only true of the opponent is poisoned.

Wrong. Gallade received the biggest buff from the mega evolution speed buff. 110 speed tier is amazing, only problem is it ties with Mega Metagross. It has very decent bulk (not as good as metagross) allowing it to survive an attack and set up. If it were released right now, swords dance Gallade would be everywhere, its got priority moves just like MM, but has a much stronger stab in the form of close combat. And I think the defensive typing is better than metagross since it isn't dying from an earthquake from every single OU pokemon.
