Koko: Brave Bird and Mirror Move, maybe Screech and Agility?

Bulu: Horn Attack and Rototiller, maybe Horn Leech, Zen Headbutt, Megahorn, Skull Bash and Superpower? Bulu also gets Whirlwind, which a lot of quadrupeds seem to get, for some reason.

Fini: Looking at its movepool, it seems like a fog theme rather than a fishy one. Mermaid/siren in under a misty veil, to match its ability. Look at what it learns:

Haze
Mist
Defog
Whirlpool, Soak, Muddy Water, etc.

Lele gets a similar theme based on sweet scents and mists. Sweet Scent, Aromatic Mist, Aromatherapy.

I'd say that Lele's not really a proper butterfly, but based on a disney fairy, like Tinkerbell.
