Find the stat that's 31 for each possible combination. Stick the respective power band on a perfect ditto, and occassionally swap out the non ditto parent as needed to move towards the listed combination.

Once you get the right HP, grind and hyper train. I recommend the Pelago exploit.

Aside from injecting
>Get lucky and get a breeding specimen that has HP Ice, hopefully a Numel of either gender, or a male in an appropriate egg group
>Give that parent a Destiny Knot, and hopefully you're still controlling for nature with the other parent
and crank out those eggs and hope for the best

Maybe, but it seems more common for special attacking Electric types to run Ice. It struck me as odd that you'd want it on Camerupt.

It could be worse, you could be trying to soft-reset for HP on a legendary.
