The movie distribution will be Ash-Pikachu of all seven different hats and Pikashunium Z along with it. That distribution will come to the West some time in the fall depending on when they can get their partners to distribute it and when they can generate enough serial codes or finish setting up a distribution cart for a Nintendo Zone
The proof has already come out, they're making mini toy arcade machines with Pikachu wearing all of Ash's different caps as a movie tie-in in Japan.
There is almost no way Marshadow is going to be legit until next year.
