Just about the same way you'd make any other Pokémon OU. Overall better stats. But considering its weak to earthquake it'd be screwed anyway, just a worse Nihilego even with Life Orb + Sheer Force.

Nidoqueen does pretty well in standard IMO it doesn't hit as hard as the king but it can live a surprising amount of hits.

More bulk and a higher Sp. Attack stat would be nice. Not much, just a but more. I use it currently and it's pretty good because of Sheer Force+Life Orb and that massive movepool. It can take hits 'king can't and counter with a SE attack in response usually.

HP: 90 -> 100
Attack: 92 -> 62
Defense: 87 -> 97
Sp. Attack: 75
Sp. Defense: 85 -> 95
Speed: 76
BST: 495

With Sheer Force and Life Orb, it still hits hard even with low Sp. Attack and the extra bulk let's it tank NFE attacks even better.
