What does Luxray gain from dark? It should get Fairy. Dark just hurts it, most fairies have high SpD. You're just walling it more by not letting it check stuff like Garchompo.

What does Crunch do for it though?

You're not actually helping it. It's already frail and slow, you need to fix that. It'd be better to give it Surge Surfer and to make it Electric/Fairy to give it more bulk, that way it can mega and use Terrain on the turn it megas, and tank any hits that come in on that turn. And for stat increases, ramp up its defense, it already hits hard, it needs to stop getting worn down by wild charge/life orb recoil in addition to the attacks it's going to be taking.

Absolutely wasted. Also, misty terrain should go to a water type - the dragon weakening effect is wasted on fairies, and most of them (barring aromatisse) have no thematic linking to mist of any kind. It's not called "fairy surge" or "Mystic Surge" for a reason.
