Sinnoh's E4 was a weird issue only highlighted by their gym leaders being fairly memorable. Lucius and Bertha were at least dressed like actual people, but Aaron and Flint were just generic mallrat looking kids. Even Candice had a distinct look about her and she had no gimmick other than being schoolgirl fapbait. Volkner was the only gym leader as poorly designed as the E4 for that region. Well, that and maybe Gardenia
