Its a mixed attacker and learns more special attacks by level up than physical ones. I also hate the idea that everything should be fast to make it viable. Whiscash is clearly meant to be more slow and bulky than fast.
I just feel like there are a lot of physical ground type attackers so it would be better if it had a different niche. It should also learn Earth power by level up to replace earthquake. If you want grass coverage it can learn ice beam and blizzard by TM anyway.
