terrible ''evolution'', it's body barely change other that the added horn and disgusting sack on it's back.
If anything this looks like a mega evolution rather than a natural evolution, because it's ''just add more detail''.

Evolves from Riolu with 5 Hearts in Amie/Refresh

Dex Entry A: It evolves from Riolu when it's being spoiled. It's strong, but it would rather eat then fight.
Dex Entry B: Trainers who are obsessed with Lucario wanted to get one. It wasn't a great idea to spoil them...

It learns a lot of normal moves. Aura Sphere has been replaced with Swallow.

Dex Entry B: This Pokémon is very loyal to it's trainer. It would take care of the Trainer's other Pokémon if the trainer is injured.

The idea here is that Hushoft are extremely sensitive to noise as opposed to being loud assholes like Exploud. It gets Hyper Voice from Loudred but doesn't learn it itself.
