anime fans who watched diamond and pearl would remember since this dude with a krikitune becomes a rival to both ash and dawn. He couldn't decide weather to go after ribbons or badges and ends up doing both. He ends up getting into the sinnoh league and the grand festival. As a reoccurring rival character he is plenty memorable for people who enjoy the anime.
