These boxes are dumb. Does the respected competitively box mean you don't like their design? Does the not hated box mean you implicitly hate anything not in any of the boxes?
I ended up including every Ghost-type because I don't hate any of them, but the top row are my absolute favorites (besides left box, although I prefer Golett over Golurk). I also prefer Rotom and Hoopa in their non-Ghost forms (namely Heat and Mow Rotom).
