i was planning to do a 5th generation legend giveaway , but my plans got ruined by pokemon bank , when i updated my bank to the new version compatible with Sun and Moon i don't know what went wrong but now it tells me
We couldn't find a save file of a any compatible game.
You need to atleast have obtained the Pokedex in your game to use pokemon bank.
But the thing is that i already have it in my game what is wrong? could someone help me

Pokemon Bank won't work unless you're on the current firmware version. I wan on 11.0 and it didn't work until I updated to 11.2

My other digital copy of Omega Ruby doesn't work with bank now and i have completed the national dex 100% in there
