Kingler now has a no drawback coverage move from a great attacking type and high BP. May push it to RU unless it's shit special bulk and mediocre speed pushes it back. Agility+SD sets seem predictable as your forced to run STAB+Fighting coverage. You can run Agility+3 attacks, but you'll get more easily walled). Still less splashable compared to Feralgatr.

Crabominable benefits the most from this. Superpower becomes a highly spammable STAB with zero drawbacks. IDK what Smogon tier it would end up(maybe NU by usage with RU and UU viability(stronger wallbreaker than Mammo at the cost of priority) but it may be a staple in VGC.

Hyper cutter and all specific stat-protecting abilities (keen eye, big pecks) not only prevent stat lowering, but also boost the stat they protect by 20-30% to begin with. The abilities still don't prevent self-inflicted reductions or burn drops, just not to make it excessively OP

How good are kingler and the others with a free life orb boost now? worth running over their other abilities? can pinsir be of any value without its megastone?

Crabominable's problem isn't Intimidate, it's the fact that it's stupidly slow, frail and an ice type. As a fighting type, it is outclassed by Hariyama in VGC, and ice types aren't that common aside from A-Ninetales, which sees usage because of Aurora Veil.

That's just a straight up good ability in all cases then. They'd all use it or at least use it occasionally. Flat out outclasses iron fist on crabominable too.
Pretty good suggestion all around, it doesn't really break anything and most the pokemon with these abilities are shit anyway. Only thing I can think of that's moving to OU with it is +30% defence mandibuzz. Maybe gliscor with a much better offensive ability to choose from ala brelooms choice between technician and poison heal.
