Basically bring it in after one of your pokemon faint, a slow U-Turn/Volt Switch mon switches out, or just use Protect until you are hit with a desirable move. When you use Z-Mirror Move it will be a +1 priority move that first increases your attack 2 stages then executes the last move your opponent used and turns it into a Z-Move.

Look at a lot of fucking Togedemaru's moves with its hidden ability, mix and match at your leisure and go nuts to annoy people.
