A variety of shit. Gallade has such an excellent movepool you can put almost anything onto him. I personally go all offensive with Psycho Cut, Close Combat, Leaf Blade and Poison Jab.

You can also put Skill Swap on him, pair him up with a mon that has Contrary and do some shenanigans with that.
