99% of shinies are shit. The whole shiny mechanic isn't worth the amount of space it takes up, and should be scrapped.

The egg groups would make more interesting elements than the current types. Just combine Monster+Dragon, Water 1+2, and Water 3+Bug and move some Pokemon around. Sure it'd be missing some essential RPG elements like fire and electricity (fire moves would fall under Monster, or the elements of moves would be different from mons), but I think that would give the series a more unique flavor.

The only problem is that Weavile only avoided a crapmon stat spread because it didn't look like an ice type.

I miss when Shiny Smeargle had green paint and regular Smeargle had brown paint.

Crabominable is a fantastic design with a lot of references that people don't get

Johto gym leaders are the biggest embarrassment in the series sans Whitney sometimes

Gamefreak should've never caved in to Genwunners and stuck with "New pokemon only until Post game" for every gen

Lusamine could've been set up a lot better, I hate how obvious the entire thing was since the very first cutscene

It's not its stance. I don't know how to describe it, but Gen2 Sneasel sprite had a look it makes it look different from the other gens. Maybe more feral? I'm not sure, but I prefer it over the later ones.
