Man, that Generations episode hit me enough to get me water-eyed. Back then, I had a mindset of everything going nicely as planned, got myself my Chesnaught, my Charizard, my Pangoro along with the rest of my crew and seeing the whole ending overall hit me right in the goddamn feels. Yeah, story's a bit burr, but I was more into the fact that everything played so nice and AZ got his Floette back and that lil' Fletchling in the end was just the cherry on the absolute top. Haven't felt like that since the credits roll from Gold/Silver.

I guess they wanted Calem to have Chesnaught in order to counter Ash's pick, honestly. I can't say I can exactly see him with a Delphox either, so if it weren't for Ash already having Greninja, maybe Calem would have gotten Greninja.

I honestly don't let that affect me that much. I just think of the big guy as this big fuzzy creature inside a giant armor (which quite frankly, we can't really have much mobility in them either in real life unless they're designed with mobility in mind)

A total softie inside a tank-like armor, that's mostly it.

I had a similar problem with Decidueye and certain arm/wing movements as well in Amie for instance, but I've legitimately warmed up to him after such. The 3DS isn't really that impressive either and they can only do so much with it as well. We all know the programming masters Game Freak is as well.
