I think they are less " things destructive to the ecosystem" and more "the evils of careless and rampant urbanization/modernization". We have the proliferation of pests and invasive species (jellyfish, mosquitos, cockroaches), excessive consumption of resources with no reuse (Guzzlord eats so much yet no droppings are found), the excessive cultivation of bamboo and wood for paper have their negative impact, and finally the intrusion and excessive use of power cables and the growing consumption of electricity.

Not sure how or if Necrozma counts, though.
