If you're lazy or not an injecting perfectionist, use PKSM or PCHeX++, which are incredibly downgraded versions of PKHeX that you can use on the DS.

Also,with PKSM you can inject events, so that's useful.

Another thing to note is that using FBI, you can install both of the aforementioned apps without having to go out on the Internet and get their CIAs.

Which is the better of the 2 if I don't want to inject events?

Honestly, PCHeX++, but the downside is that it doesn't work with Gen 7.

ALTHOUGH... PKSM has a built-in Pokèmon Bank. And a mass-injector.

I only said PCHeX++ because it's smoother for me.
