There are technically two different kinds of Greninja, one with Torrent/Torrent/Protean in its Ability slots, and one with Battle Bond/Battle Bond/Battle Bond in its Ability slots. Aura Break Zygarde versus Power Construct Zygarde is the same way, as is every other Mega.

You could get around that by saying that all "Pokemon" that share the same National Pokedex number count as the same Pokemon, though. Aerodactyl would want Head Smash and Brave Bird so fucking badly it'd hurt, while Fug would fug itself out of Delta Stream's benefits.
