This is a neutral hit on a double battle (75% damage) on a freaking Garchomp, which is quite bulky, and you could pair this with a rain team. You need Specs and are pretty slow, granted, and stuff like Torkoal does pretty much the same thing, but I fear GF won't give it Boomburst because that damage looks insane

Just checked, and only 3 obvious primafags are asking for C+. Those people have no upvotes whatsoever, and the replays shown are from very low ladder (around 1100). Also, the rankings have been updated twice and the seal is still there, which pretty much support my point.
