It's purely meant to show the calculations, not actually using Ice Hammer on Toxapex. In a controllable situation, it'd used Fusion Bolt to OHKO it anyway.

Plus, with Kyurem having a good physical ice stab, that means its' not forced to got mixed anymore, which means it'd go to Ubers pretty soundly.
