I think Brains/Brawns/Beauty makes the most sense, but I'm not sure if that's actually a common trifecta in Japan, and we haven't gotten any interviews yet to confirm their theme yet.

Have them be based on a nigger, a hick, and a spic.

For the nigger Pokemon, have it have quick to anger and violence characteristics, it should resemble a monkey but not so much as it would take away from it's purpose to resemble a nigger.

The hick Pokemon can be styled as a hillbilly, and characterized as not liking other species of Pokemon. The dex entry should say something along the lines of it's species being known to interbreed with members of its family.

For the spic, I don't know. Fat short?

Alternatively, a muslim Pokemon could have great potential. You can have gendered differences for it, the female version would be wearing something resembling a burka, and the Pokemon itself would be fire and rock type.

A Pokemon based of an asian seems boring. Slant eyes and ..? Something in correlation to not having souls and known to eat it's own offspring sometimes? Part poison type forsure. Maybe dark too.

The Grass Starter have some extent of a kobold and goblin motif. It takes small inspiration from gnomes. Final form seems to be a reptillian golem. Pure Grass.

The Fire Starter could have a black base body, and be based on a Puca and Dullahan. Basically, the first stage is a rabbit, the second stage is a steed and the third stage is humanoid in appearance, and carries its equine head in its hands. The dex entries will state how it uses its prevo as a steed. Fire/Fairy

The Water starter is a regular-looking fish, breaking the tradition of a semi-aquatic water starter. However, it will evolve and gain a very dragon-like appearance, resembling that of the modern depictions of Bahamut, because that is its inspiration. It has Fire-Type coverage like Flamethrower and Flare Blitz. Water/Dragon.

For the fire starter at least I would like to see something that uses a melee "weapon". They have had something similar with the other two types (Sceptile, Samurott, arguably Greninja) but not so much with the Fire starter yet.
