I've been shilling my alt form mr mime for a while now. Same stats, but 1 base speed. And it's totally something mr mime would do. I could also see Dialga doing this.

Baltoy/claydol should get gravity. I could also see Palkia doing this, and would go well with Dialga having trick room.

auto-power-herb would be pretty neat. give it to something underwhelming, and you've got an excuse to dump all the shitty two-turn attacks onto things. Skull Attack, Razor Wind, Sky Attack... maybe on some sort of burrowing owl? That'd account for stuff like Dig and Solar Blade too. Most of them aren't all THAT much stronger than existing attacks, they just lack recoil/have better accuracy.
